      Avantages

      Could be good for some quick software experience

      Inconvénients

      Just no longer a good place to work, thanks to Vista PE. All good leadership is gone, and new CEO is a "Manchurian Candidate". Company cant retain its best people, cant attract good new people due to poor benefits and pay, unattainable sales goals, shrinking customer base, and gas lighting sales culture.

      Great product organization and AI strategy; Wonderful people in the frontline and executive teams.

      Inconvénients

      Strategy and leadership has been inconsistent in recent years, but solidifying into cohesive approach focused on agentic AI.

      Avantages

      ICs are mostly great. Decent benefits (pay is not though) There is a small but extremely loyal and wonderful customer base who believe in the product.

      Inconvénients

      Insufferable leadership and middle managers that shouldn’t have a job. No unified direction. Unattainable quotas. PIP culture. High turnover. Have lost so many good people and they don’t seem to care.
