Avantages
My departure at this company coincided with the September layoffs. I don't know if I was scheduled to be cut as there was no reason or pattern; managers were cut, support staff cut, multiple locations affected,etc. But I am pleased to have this firm in my rearview mirror, regardless of the reason.
Inconvénients
Everyone hear seems scared. No one shares, there is no team work, people hide what they are doing between departments. It is really depressing watching people walk around with no enthusiasm, no excitement for their jobs.
