Avantages

- Get to work on serious projects, although in an early career stage - Some great people work there - You decide what you make out of it

Inconvénients

- Often, there's no one to help you - You receive unclear briefs, and you find yourself in a situation not understanding what is wanted from you - so you stress yourself out - a lot of overtime that is unpaid - if you refuse to work overtime you automatically "don't have passion" - Promises are often not kept - so don't take everything seriously, you will only disappoint yourself - There is no HR department, no training for employees, company does not invest in its own people - Average work cycle is 2 years, people do not stay longer than that, you probably should ask yourself why.

Avantages

- The nearby food scene might be the only comfort. - You’ll meet lots of friendly colleagues—though most of them will be fired in no time.

Inconvénients

- Sky-high turnover rate: I can't even remember how many former colleagues I’ve had. If you don’t hit unrealistic profit targets within three months, you’re fired—regardless of your role. - Empty promises: Qumin lures talent with offers of work visas. In reality, even visa-sponsored staff are let go without hesitation. Don’t trust anything they promise in your interview. - Zero-growth environment: There are no senior leaders worth learning from. Qumin has no interest in developing its people—they always rely on vendors’ work. Expect a painfully slow learning curve. - Profit-above-all mindset: Qumin’s so-called “7-hour workday” sounds dreamy, but here’s the catch: you’re expected to complete all your daily tasks within those hours. Need more time? Not allowed—it eats into margins. The only solution? Unpaid overtime.
