Avantages
Non existent now. Benefits packages being cut consistently. Some good people remain, but these people are looking elsewhere so wont be there long.
Inconvénients
The leadership are invisible despite making just shy of a quarter of the company redundant due to the failings of the CEO and his fever dreams of grandeur. A failing, nearly bankrupt company was bought - their team leadership replaced the successful teams leadership, then the leadership act shocked when things are failing. The annual purge event - every year brace yourselves for "will you survive this round of redundancies!" Which is the covered in a "oops, our bad" and the exec not owning up to their problems. A Scottish conpany being replaced with Americans, purely as they are easier to replace as you dont have the employment rights in the US that the UK does. Work life balance non existent, expect to be contacted at all hours, annual leave will be cancelled when the team cant function without one person.
