It’s a political nightmare. Forget even asking for transparency— people will crush you and hold you back. Unequal standards across the entire company. Many will continue to be promoted generally if they’re white or if they’re male. Rare POC representation in creative leadership. All stratified at Jr/Sr. Levels. Diverse but hardly inclusive. Half of creative leadership lacks the ‘creative’ to their titles. Great directors. Bad creatives. Uninspiring. Great people. Lackluster ambition. Golden days are over. No culture.
