Avantages

HVAC Management is hands on and try to help as much as possible. Service manager was straight shooter, down to earth and willing to teach you everything he can to help better your skills.

Inconvénients

This is a plumbing focused company, absolutely no growth potiential in HVAC. <125 contract maintenance customers. Dispatchers (2) are constantly late and not managed. Quick to point fingers to cover up thier lack of involvment. Majority of time is spent telling stories and flirting with field staff. Quality of work on HVAC jobs is embarassing to even be assosciated with. Finishing jobs in record breaking speed, with years of warranty work to follow seems to be the protocol. Main lead is a nightmare to work with due to speed and lack of pride in his work. I was there 1.5 years and we had 1 department meeting that lasted 20 minutes. No interest in residential/commercial HVAC growth. Main focus is warranty work for multi-family's kaos. You will not get anywhere here without a plumbing license.....
