      Avantages

      Decent benefits, but the cost goes up every year. Executive management gets a ton of holidays. Monthly training courses. "Employee Appreciation Day" in June, and holiday party and bonuses in December.

      Inconvénients

      IT support is bare minimum, Maintenance is run ragged, Leasing Rovers are few and far between, they have to expand their staff and they refuse for many reasons. "Skeleton staff" is just how they run it

      They have some understanding of the property management onsite aspect since they used to manage

      Inconvénients

      Conservative is a very nice word for their practices and support of onsite staff. Why should I have to negotiate $0.25 to get a full $1 raise? Only to be denied…a quarter. Laughable
