      Avantages

      Great learning opportunities, especially if you are a new grad. A lot of really smart people work here. The new leadership team seems to be taking the company in a good direction, which will both stabilize the company and open some growth opportunities. New CEO, COO, and other execs really value input from employees at all levels.

      Inconvénients

      Communication is improving, but is inconsistent. Company has gone through a lot of turnover at top - a lot of instability and fear among staff while changes shake out. Going to take time to get changes that need to be made in place.

      Amazing work life balance and flexible hours with many projects to learn from

      Inconvénients

      No promotions, and the yearly pay increase is basically the inflation rate

      Avantages

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      Inconvénients

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
