Avantages
I was hired with 10 plus years experience from a large consulting firm where i was accustom to that culture, Accretive Health and it's culture is definately unique and top notch. High energy, driven firm with client improvement in mind
Inconvénients
Since it is a younger firm we still are developing some processes (travel, relocation to client site, HR policies, etc) it isn't as established as my previous employer
