The name of the game is to make the company a ton of money while pod leaders get little treats for giving up all their time and ops personnel gets a ridiculous salary. All of your emails and messages are read by paranoid management. All of the positive reviews made on this site are by management. If you try to put in your 2 weeks notice, you will be asked to leave immediately and threatened with the non-compete you are forced to sign upon being hired. This company has the worst business ethics I have experienced so far and management has zero morals. All the employees express dissatisfaction with the job but are too afraid to get fired to speak up.
