Avantages
I started as a call handler and after some time I got the opportunity to get involved in many projects, deepen my knowledge and over time I got a better position, so it is a place with good potential. The management is understanding and willing to help, Also, if they see potential in someone, they help as much as they can. At the time I was call handler, bonuses were great, but that was few years ago so dont know how is now. Great benefit is the hybrid work. Overall, a friendly place to work, lots of fun and interesting people work here.
Inconvénients
The pay could be better, the pay for a position with more responsibility is not far from the pay of a call handler,
