Drive time not accounted for in your day, break time not accounted for but they'll moan if you don't take one or moan you haven't done enough work because they overbooked your diary. Expect 4 jobs a day but book 7 or more. No time accounted for ordering parts, collecting parts or returning parts not used because they've randomly taken jobs off you and put something different on you. Job times changed to make it look like you have enough time even though you're working on the floor in all weathers.
