      Great healthcare benefits. More holidays than many companies. Flexible work hours depending on your team. Early release leading up to major holidays.

      Inconvénients

      With changes the company path at times can be a little unclear. Unclear career growth and titles. At times it seems that parts of the agency is divided between the creative group and technology.

      Avantages

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Inconvénients

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
