      Avantages

      You go on lots of media lunches, which is cool to network. And the people there are genuinely very nice.. mostly.

      Inconvénients

      Management can at times be below par, and the department can feel quite too-heavy, not enough "doers". Although I hear this has changed more recently.

      Avantages

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Inconvénients

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
