      Avantages

      I'm relatively new to the company and being part of RAPP's new approach, explaining it to clients and what it means to me is inspiring. I work with some truly great people. Competitive package.

      Inconvénients

      Not a clear understanding of the internal culture or overall direction of company. Many new network wide projects /people but not knowing the focus for management / us. More recognition for the people excelling thats linked to a clearer development plan

      Avantages

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Inconvénients

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
