Amazing people to work with and the training provided is wonderful. RCI cares about the health and well being of their employee as well.

The only con is lay offs due to reduction in force.

The travel and the ability to work from home

Management is fairly bad, no transparency and most of our company meetings are about nothing that matters. It’s clear that the company is not doing well but management refuses to give us clear answers. They keep giving us new and worse supervisors after firing the good ones. There’s been a crazy amount of layoffs this year and there’s no opportunity for growth. The turnover rate has always been high but now that we’re not hiring it seems like our company will slowly transition to run out of the Mexico office. No opportunity for day shifts
