Horrible people at the highest of positions. I was being trained underneath what I thought were Foreman I could trust and learn under, but as it turns out, they were out for blood. Was fired 3 months into my employment because management refused to train me and have me learn from my mistakes. Instead, 1 mistake lead to me getting fired without any warnings. On top of it the company is illegally not paying any drive time to their technicians. I drove 2 hours down and back from home to my sites and never got paid a single penny. California Department of Industrial Relations should take a look into why they're refusing to pay their employees drive time especially when we are home extremely late.
