      Favoritism from the top to bottom They don't care about anything unless it affects them Always forcing responsibility on others due to pure laziness Family oriented unless you or you kids get sick Highschool mentality

      Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

      Inconvénients

      Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

      Avantages

      great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

      Inconvénients

      Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
