      Avantages

      Flexible schedule, great DM, Autonomy, Opportunity to travel in your own car (although that can be a Con), semi-relaxed attire policy

      Inconvénients

      Sketchy payment breakdown/rates, ongoing changes in how they choose to dock how much you make, inaccurate GPS readings cause you to lose money, their devices are always tracking you even when you aren’t working and you will be fired if you turn it off, HR Loses personal medical files.

      We are proud to share some facts with our review readers about the Research Associate role: RetailData uses modern cell devices for efficiency of collecting field data. GPS is enabled on the equipment, for work related purposed only, to automatically pay associates driven time and mileage reimbursement (no preparing e an expense report). We offer a productivity based comp program after initial training. This affords associates the ability to increase their rate per hour as they gain speed and efficiency.

      Avantages

      Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
