There’s a lot of change happening, so it can feel a bit uncertain at times.

Once upon a time, like 20 years ago, this used to be a well rounded, family oriented company who cared about their employees. Would host company picnics, and the environment was inviting. They haven't been good since then with the exception of some truly great individuals who have since left the company.

Ever since Larry left the company to his spawn they drove it into the ground. That individual pushed their religious ideologies on everyone and allowed unsavory individuals to operate secondary businesses within RFI's walls while putting employees at risk. They have since given the company to Pavion. Hopefully they can restore the company to its glory days but it has an uphill battle.
