Avantages
The CO facility is wonderful to work at, and is full of great people who do their jobs well. Working in CO insulates you from some of the craziness coming out of the corporate office in NY.
Inconvénients
Long hours, non-competitive salary. Upper level management does not value employees therefore there has been a high turnover rate for years. They micromanage and interfere with workflow on a regular basis. Investment in resources has not kept pace with recent growth resulting in necessary supplies running out creating work crises that can be easily avoided. Advice to job seekers- pay is never negotiable, take it or leave it. As currently structured there is no room for upward mobility in QC.
