Shocked to see such high reviews of RGP - Avis employé Director RGP

As a sharholder, it’s really disappointing to see how far RGP has declined. The company is in a tough financial spot, and things don’t seem to be turning around. Significant Layoffs: There have been several waves of layoffs over the years, and it’s hard to ignore how much they seem to depend on who you know in the C-Suite, rather than actual results or business impact. 401(k) Match Suspended: The 401(k) match is technically discretionary, but right now it’s suspended altogether—another red flag for anyone considering joining. Falling Faster Than Peers: While the industry has its challenges, RGP seems to be declining more rapidly than others in the same space. Leadership Has Lost Its Way: Leadership isn’t what it used to be. I truly enjoyed my early years at RGP, but by the time I left, the company felt like a completely different—and much less inspiring—place. At this point, RGP feels like it’s a sinking ship. I wouldn’t recommend coming aboard when other firms are doing much better.
