I’ve worked at RIA for close to a decade and I had overall one of the best experiences with an employer. The colleagues and overall culture is super friendly, relaxed, where people’s suggestions are always taking into account.

Had some ups and downs along the years because of certain individuals that were not the right fit from the culture standpoint. Glad they left the company. In a small company like that they very person can make a huge impact.

Very friendly environment, that gives you the possibility to create the things as you like, to create paths, to invent the system in which you are working.

Still trying to settle down some processes, but hey..there`s always room to become better.
