Avantages
Office moved to a new building with more daylight entering internal spaces.
Inconvénients
Very few people working at organisation was/is an architect, so hard for people to make positive and informed decisions about architecture and for architects. Very old-fashioned ways of thinking; many young people leave after a short time.
