      It's a smaller company so you do get to be involved in a lot of different aspects of projects.

      Management is more on a defense rather than an open and accepting of new ideas mindset.

      Great people/working environment, management encourages employees to take initiatives, flexible working hours, higher pay than design/consulting firms, no design/consulting deadlines.
