      Avantages

      -Technically sound engineers, all in office culture is effective at creating hard working employees.

      Inconvénients

      -High pressure work culture (consulting industry) -You will teach yourself most things, which leads to inefficiency (PE fills some gaps but senior employees main objective is getting their own work done because they are typically very busy) -Low margins on work create a need to be consistently very busy. -Weak work life balance and camaraderie on structural side is a result

      Avantages

      Good employees, interesting work, fair hours, lots of knowledge to be learned

      Inconvénients

      Slightly lower pay, not a lot of beginner instruction, you get in what you put out which can be tough if you want a laid out process
