      Avantages

      Very good pay rates for hourly paid workers. Government contracts Privately owned, don't borrow money from banks etc

      Inconvénients

      Do not listen to input from shop floor, repeatedly promise they will change that. Some managers are awful at various different aspects of their job, high turn over of staff in those areas, but the managers are protected by senior management and so good, skilled people leave the business

      Avantages

      The people in the kitchen were all team players and an absolute pleasure to work with. The residents were all very sweet. Everyone was respectful and hard working. I enjoyed every second of working there.

      Inconvénients

      Honestly I didn’t have any cons. I wouldn’t have left if I wasn’t moving. Amazing work environment.
