      Avantages

      - flexible working hours - higher starting salary compared to other semicon company in PH - possibility of working in Japan - great location at the center of Ortigas - Christmas bonus every December

      Inconvénients

      - expect to work overtime (except Wednesday?) - Group leader may even send you a personal message to render overtime. - training bond - additional bond when sent to Japan - promotion after two years - When filing for a vacation leave, they need details of your reason. - work-life balance is almost non-existent - very little career development
