      Haces lo que te da la gana y nadie dice nada

      Inconvénients

      -Rotación altísima -No es una ingeniería , es una agencia de colocación de empleo -Los proyectos de innovación son un chiste, mirad en LinkedIn proyectos y comparad con cuantos han llegado a buen termino -No hay criterio de despido ni contratación -Mirad en LinkedIn lo que duran las personas que trabajan aquí (muy poco) -RRHH son gente sin criterio y formación baja tomando decisiones de CEO

      Avantages

      People were cool. There were opportunities for advancement within the facility. Work was hands on and really engaging.

      Inconvénients

      Ford and RLE Engineering failed to solve major issues with Transit Van up-fit resulting in the facility shutting down. Everyone was laid off.
