Management from the top down is failing, from all aspects. No direction, goals or actual management. Organization does not exist. No room for promotion. No lunch break. No dispatcher. No Team effort. Every day is just to survive and hope a quarter goes smoothly. Lowered pay scale without knowing. The list could go on with a very poor place to work. Avoid for your mental health.
