The facade. All the “nice desk and office areas” are good, but that is child’s play compared to actual Corporations. Not “regionals” that have to agree to doing the OWNERS dishes just to get a job.
Inconvénients
No upward mobility, no respect from PEERS or people BELOW your title. It’s all about cliques and it’s terrible.
