Avantages

There is nothing good that can be said about this company it's honestly the worst place i've ever worked. would give 0 stars if I could

Inconvénients

My experience working here was disappointing. The company culture is heavily influenced by the CEO’s fixation on social media trends and chatGPT rather than sustainable strategy or employee wellbeing. This focus filters down through leadership and impacts decision-making across related spin-off companies, many of which are struggling or in decline. At Ware, the managing director fostered a toxic environment that made it difficult to do good work. Feedback was often ignored, communication was poor, and decisions were made with little regard for any team. The lack of clear leadership and support made it an unhealthy place to grow professionally. While there are some talented people in the organisation, the lack of direction, poor leadership, and emphasis on image over substance made this a frustrating and disheartening place to work. I’d advise prospective employees to carefully evaluate the company’s stability and leadership style before joining.

Avantages

- The company genuinely champions growth. If you’re someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and make a visible impact, this is the best environment for it. - Leadership encourages people to improve things, not just maintain them. You’re trusted to rethink processes, build new ways of working, and take on projects that directly influence how the business operates. - The variety of work is incredible. It’s a rare place where you can build a broad skillset quickly. - There’s a strong culture of collaboration. Teams are open to feedback and willing to jump in to help solve problems, even when it falls outside their usual remit. - The company is investing heavily in tools, reporting, and process automation. It’s exciting to be part of a business that’s modernising and taking efficiency seriously. - You feel your contributions matter. When you fix something, improve something, or build something, it’s noticed and appreciated.

Inconvénients

- It’s a fast-paced environment, so you need to be adaptable when priorities shift. It’s not a “coast through the day” kind of place. - Some processes are still being upgraded or rebuilt due to growth, which means you have to be comfortable working things out as you go.
