      RPM offers outstanding support and benefits. It starts from the top down. Upper management is very accessible and encourages collaborative decisions. Technology has improved and continues to be enhanced giving us the tools to improve efficiencies. It's great to work with talented and nice people who all share a common vision to provide outstanding housing and exemplary customer service.

      Have no complaints!! Working at RPM has been and continues to be a great experience.

      Inconvénients

      It's property management so the worst is always going to be any disputes with unsatisfied residents. Hasn't happened but no matter what company you're with, there is always one.
