      Avantages

      The Irvine office has lots of amenities, such as snacks and free breakfast+lunches once a month.

      Inconvénients

      No overtime pay, but expect to work several hours for overtime to meet difficult deadlines. Annual bonuses do not compensate for the amount of overtime needed.

      Avantages

      Training was well before team structure change.

      Inconvénients

      No good work life balance. Work on a remote team but expected to be in office every day but for other people exception were made. Training on hybird team was not well. Did not follow the values they preach after months. Talking rude of other Managers behind back and in front of staff.
