RTS has exceeded every expectation I had coming into a new role and more. On your first day you can expect all of your equipment to be ready, a desk set up with everything you need (including company swag), balloons and breakfast biscuits. Almost everyone that works at RTS will swing by to say hello, offer their help with anything you may need and overall make you feel grateful to be starting your new career with such a great company. At RTS we all work for each other, we have mutual respect for the value we add to the company and we get to work on some really cool projects. I have found my home and I hope to be here for a really long time.
Inconvénients
RTS is a young, growing company and with that comes a lot of change which i'm thrilled to be a part of. If you are looking for a company that does things the same way just because it's how they've always done it this is not the company for you.
