      Avantages

      Good career opportunities which is good for freshers only and that too at the cost of bearing that. A max of 1 year spent is sufficient for the growth.

      Inconvénients

      Hostile environment, Ultra Poor management, no HR concept, no standardisation. Poor growth. There is no one to help you out. Doesn't follow rules imposed by exchange board. Carries out irregular activities to generate revenue. Here you find opportunists of the highest level. Only who are good at playing dirty politics get the reward.

      Avantages

      Great Global IT Team Lead and a great work environment. People were awesome and friendly, they will go out of there way to make you feel welcome!

      Inconvénients

      Little light on the pay and some of the equipment is on the older side.

      Avantages

      The workload allows for very personalized learning curve. I can take my time with a few difficult tickets or plow through a dozen easy ones - and there is always plenty of both.

      Inconvénients

      As a new employee with not experience in the trading industry, the first few weeks can be *very* confusing. Though I suspect the situation would be similar in most other companies in the same field.
