      Je n'aime pas l'emplacement du bureau à Swindon. Je préférerais que ce soit dans un endroit plus sociable

      Cher collègue, merci beaucoup pour vos commentaires. J'apprécie vraiment votre "Pro", car je considère également RWE comme une entreprise flexible et accommodante. Eh bien, nos nouveaux espaces de travail ouverts, spacieux et modernes sont un endroit idéal pour passer la journée de travail, en réseautant avec tous les collègues, mais je comprends que cela ne convienne pas à tout le monde. Mais avec notre modèle de travail hybride, vous avez la possibilité de trouver le meilleur lieu de travail, en fonction de vos besoins et de ceux de l'entreprise - travaillez à domicile ou au bureau, comme vous l'aimez (bien sûr en alignement avec votre équipe et votre gestionnaire de ligne ;-)).       Benefits, and company culture but it was really legacy coned employees who made it worth it.

      Worst run company I’ve ever experienced working for. CEO Andrew Flanagan has to go down as by far the worst ceo in corporate America. The entire executive leadership team is trash. Andrew is a horrible communicator. Not only can he actually not talk and articulate well but his messaging changed constantly. The company did a massive cap ex investment into renewables only to be caught with their pants down when the political arena flipped. They got out of energy service business that was in gas and thermal power management along with other power sources. Business generated 70mm on sub 10mm overhead. Imagine that? On top of that when the renewable push turned out to be a complete dud they looked to diversify with gas. What a bunch of losers.
