I have worked with all departments within Alpha for years and everyone has been a positive role model in their own way. Teams are based on collaboration, and without good work ethics and attitudes this would not be the case. We are all responsible for our own duties, however when I fall behind there are co workers there at a moments notice to help me when I am floundering. Our managers strongly believe in: inclusion on all fronts open communication making sure everyone feels secure and safe and well prepared to do their job support of one another, support of each employee What I have noticed. There is more empowerment, there is more compassion, and respect then EVER before. We are part of a huge team, however in actuality it feels like a close knit family, a broader version of what we had before. I for one can not be prouder to work for RWS. I am confident that our accounting team does an amazing job. I am confident in our project team represent our company and our clients to the best of their abilities and in my opinion always 110%. I am confident that our sales team has never been more capable of great success, and I see even more success now with our marketing team involved. Best for last, I am confident that our clients keep coming back because we exceed their expectations time and time again. WOW, I love my job!!
