Avantages
Very human company, they care a lot about their employees. It allows you to have a great work-life balance, very concerned about overtime and about compensate it. If you don't flag overtime, your manager will just in case you missed it. The workload varies, but it's never too much to handle. And if it is, you'll get help quickly. You can really see they value employees' satisfaction over revenue, and that actually makes you work better. The environment is amazing too as well.
Inconvénients
Since the company is incorporating another big LSP, the organization is a bit problematic and there is constant change. They do their best to make it easy to follow, but it still takes a bit of effort.
