      Avantages

      The HR team is really willing to improve and do better. Flexibility and agile working are a big plus, as well as the number of vacation days and other types of leave (charity days paid by the company, additional days for bereavement, etc).

      Avantages

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Inconvénients

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.

      Avantages

      Decent paying side job, flexible hours

      Inconvénients

      Absolute nightmare to get paid. You WILL have to complain in order to get paid, and you will most likely have to complain more than once in order to get the answer you need. I still haven't been paid for work done months ago! Everyone that reads this with a similar issue needs to do what I did and bring it to the attention of the state labor boards.
