      Flexible working. Good work /life balance . Respectful and knowledgeable colleagues.

      Inconvénients

      This company is a case study in inefficiency. Leadership is either absent or painfully slow in making decisions, leaving teams directionless and frustrated. There’s no real investment in technology—just endless spreadsheets and outdated processes that waste time and kill productivity. Instead of empowering employees with tools and training, management expects a “put up and shut up”, stifling growth and innovation. If you’re looking for a forward-thinking, well-run organization, this isn’t it. Expect stagnation, frustration, and zero career development.

      Avantages

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Inconvénients

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.

      Decent paying side job, flexible hours

      Inconvénients

      Absolute nightmare to get paid. You WILL have to complain in order to get paid, and you will most likely have to complain more than once in order to get the answer you need. I still haven't been paid for work done months ago! Everyone that reads this with a similar issue needs to do what I did and bring it to the attention of the state labor boards.
