They talk a great game. Total Comp plan is good (Actual comp is not).

Tech is a disaster. Unfortunately, the CEO is the ambassador for "cutting edge technology" without any understanding of tech. CIO is new to his level and struggles with how to run IT - smoke and mirrors is the game plan.

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Employee retention is an issue.
The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience.
Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
