Avantages

RXO has been a game changer in my life in the past 3 yrs. I never thought I would have an interest in Logistics or transportation. I always loved teaching and working in medical field. I decided to make a life changing move in 2020. After applying for the CSR III position with my hub, I received a phone call for an interview and I started 2 weeks later. RXO has been instrumental in my career. The work hours are very family friendly. The goals the company has for each individual employee (work family) are very important to Human Resources and Management. RXO employees are encouraged daily to persue professional and personal goals. RXO provides many tools available for this. RXO offers daily training classes through RXO University. Customer service, safety & communication are top priority for the company as a whole and every hub. RXO recently apprved VTO (volunteer time off) with pay and this is something that will now allow all RXO employees to be more active and involved with there community. RXO offers plenty of opportunity for advancemet within the company.

Inconvénients

No downside that I can think of.

Avantages

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Inconvénients

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Avantages

Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers. All the lateral moves your heart desires.

Inconvénients

Employee retention is an issue. The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience. Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
