Avantages

Few employee's and leader are knowledgeable Pay is adequate

Inconvénients

Management micro manages alot over the shoulder and criticizing every little detail of work. Belittle other leaders and work associates if any slight mistake is done. Management positions in higher level in the company is only achevable by favoritism and nepotism. The contract with the retail company is absurd. The retail company they manage deliveries and warehouse for abuse their position and will literally fire anyone they don't like or disagree with. The retail company management doesnt care about any opinion or even if you know more about their WMS program better then they do. The retail company they're contracted under also abuse there power over 3rd party delivery contractor by making up claims and taking more money away from the 3rd party delivery contractor than they actually make.

Avantages

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Inconvénients

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Avantages

Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers. All the lateral moves your heart desires.

Inconvénients

Employee retention is an issue. The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience. Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
