Avantages

Food trucks once a month or so. Earning potential does exist, but depends upon your accounts. General experience with the company can vary a great deal because of a bunch of different factors.

Inconvénients

Industry related negatives with work-life balance, working holidays, afterhours calls, rotating weekends. Limited company advancement beyond growing accounts and commissions.

Avantages

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Inconvénients

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Avantages

Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers. All the lateral moves your heart desires.

Inconvénients

Employee retention is an issue. The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience. Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
