Depending on which department you’re in, depends on how you like the company. CSRs are part of RXO 3PL partnerships with big box brands like Costco and Home Depot. It is an easy job.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the 3PL partnerships with these brands feel one side. Which is normal.
HR is slow for hiring. Quick with HR violations.

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Employee retention is an issue.
The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience.
Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
