Avantages

Small branch with opportunities to learn but growth potentials are limited due to size of the branch.

Inconvénients

Politics are just too much. Unqualified staff are promoted to positions they cannot handle which causes errors and undue stress.

Rabobank culture outside of M&A is positive. Can do travel exchange programs

Inconvénients

Poor work culture, lack of mentorship, lots of leadership turnover and general inappropriate office environment towards women in the IB sector.
