      Avantages

      * Incredibly flexible schedule. They say family comes first, and they mean it. * Open communication between management and employees. We know what's going on with the company, and how and why decisions are being made. * Engineers are top notch. Hard not to learn something from such great people

      Inconvénients

      * Still a start-up. Hiring freeze for understaffed engineering group, no pay raises / bonuses.

      Avantages

      Small company with a family feel where every employee is valued. Company leadership is strong and company direction is well communicated to employees - even as that direction evolves based on market demands. Across the board, the highest caliber of co-workers I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

      Inconvénients

      There's not always time to do everything you would like to get done because of the agile environment; however, management does a great job of prioritizing what must be done.
