Avantages

Great work environment and nice people the manager and owners are very lenient and understanding no micromanagement training is very well it's 2 weeks in the city so you go into the job knowing something and you're not blindsided

Inconvénients

however depending on which location you get you can have a lot of patience or not so many I had about four people off at the front desk with me so that's five people to all together dealing with 300 patients a day and a 30-minute lunch break not paid you could not even breathe or take a moment to yourself so yeah those are the pros and console together

Avantages

Pros: Coworkers were supportive and did their best to keep things running under difficult circumstances. You gain experience quickly because you’re often forced to figure things out on your own.

Inconvénients

Cons: There is a significant lack of management and leadership. Communication is inconsistent, expectations are unclear, and support from management is minimal. Issues are often left unresolved, and employees are expected to manage situations without proper guidance or direction. This creates a stressful and disorganized work environment where responsibilities can feel unclear and accountability is lacking. Training and onboarding are also limited, which makes it difficult for new employees to feel confident in their role. Advice to Future Employees: Be prepared to be highly self-sufficient. If you need structure, consistent guidance, or strong leadership, this may not be the right environment.
