Avantages
Holiday themed parties!! They give free t-shirts 2x a year!! They feed employees 1 time a quarter!! Cool project names “All Hands on Deck”!! Surprise guest appearances by country music star Darius 350k Rucker!!
Inconvénients
Little to no communication from upper management. Big company feel with mom and pop resources. “Commission” is offered with no breakdown. No sales goals are given, just expected to meet/exceed goals. The training offered was a joke other than learning the basic order entry and navigation of their sales software. If you apply for sales expect CSR work and you won’t be as disappointed.
